Booking Information:
- Room block dates are Thursday 9/12 to Sunday 9/15
- Reservation MUST be made by August 12th, 2024
- Check in time is no earlier than 3:00 PM CST and check-out time is no later than 12:00 PM CST
- Late check- out requests will be based upon availability at the Hotel’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
- Billing/Deposit Requirements: Attendees are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the point of booking. A method of payment will be requested upon arrival for all charges.
- The Freehand is conveniently located in downtown Chicago, 15 mins driving from our venue location (Chicago Teachers Union) and 35 mins using the train via pink and green line. The address is 19 East Ohio St, Chicago, IL 60611.
